     3!FlexCommLab is an open source environment designed to facilitate the exploration of flexibility in radio communication systems. Such flexibility is based on the assumption of Software Radio concepts as a baseline to incorporate Cognitive Radio approaches and strategies. An important effort is currently being done in introducing resource management of the whole radio context.
